Colton is now 1 year old! His birthday was on Thursday, December 4th. I can't believe that it has been that long. He is growing up fast. He was sick on his birthday, but that didn't stop us from having a party. My parents, grandparents, Jen, Jared and Jocylynn came to celebrate this exciting occasion.
We let the kids play on Colton's new climb on toy with a swing. Colton is always climbing on things, so we thought he should enjoy this present. He decided that he liked going down the slide by standing. We need to get him out of this habit before he hurts himself.
He opened his presents first. He wasn't really sure what he was supposed to be doing, but with a little help he figured it out.
He loves his new toys. Thanks for the gifts.
Then we put him in his high chair and gave him his own cake. It took him a few minutes to get through the frosting, but he enjoyed it and made a mess of himself.

Happy Birthday Colton!! He is exactly a month older than Lucie. They do grow up fast. It is not fair!! Glad he had a good day. Max didn't know what to do with the cake but he loved the ice cream!!
